Terror Train Writer T. Y. Drake Dies

Although T.Y. Drake is best known for being the first to direct Christopher Lee in North America with The Keeper he will always have a special place in my heart for creating the working script for the horror movie that turned me to the dark side at the tender age of 10 - Terror Train.

Although T.Y. is gone he will live on as the inspiration of the "horror freakdom" of at least one fan and the creation of Best-Horror-Movies.com, albeit indirectly.

Drake died on August 8, 2008 at his Vancouver home after a long battle with cancer.
