Test Tube Boy With DNA of Doctor's Evil Son Becomes Evil Too

Can anyone name this movie?

A couple has a boy artificially created with a hack doctor who secretly uses DNA from his own son who was evil and had died.

When the boy reaches a certain age, he starts having bad dreams, acting weird, and doing horrible things just as the doctor's son used to do.
