Texas Chainsaw Massacre - 1974

I love this website and all that it offers, however any list (See the 2007 Top 100 Horror List) that puts the original chainsaw massacre at 17 has lost its zombie brain.

I recently watched The Texas Chainsaw Massacre again and for its time there was nothing even close - Except maybe the Exorcist.

The part where the girl and the guy in the wheelchair are walking toward the distant chainsaw noise is unbelievable. The crazy family man who keeps punching her with a stick on the way to her doom. The movie created insane slasher horror flicks. Its also a movie where the kids do as much as they can to stay alive, where in other movies you are constantly yelling at them to not go into the woods at 4:30 am "Alone".

This movie IS Horror!
