The Monster with the Drooping Face

I once saw a movie about this horror movie director who lives in a remote cabin in the woods with his wife and behind a panel in the bookcase/wall there is a room with a deformed man inside with a face that droops grotesquely to the side and bubbles and stuff...

Then one night while the directors daughter and her friend are visiting a bunch of bikers ransack the house looking for the directors stash of money, killing everyone in the process... one of them opens up the secret room and lets the man-beast out, who is really angry after seeing his entire family killed before him! He goes after the bikers, killing them with his own brute strength as he chases them in the wintery woods.

I'm not sure what this movies called... but I remember it being really cheesy and having a "what the hell?!" ending to it!

Do any of you know what movie I'm referring to???
