The New Horror Addict

I was a rather sheltered child for the first 13 1/4 years of my life (14 1/2 now). Then during the summer I went to a garage sale and found a double feature with Aliens (1986) and Predator 2 (1990). Not a big fan of Predator 2 but I loved every moment of Aliens. It was the scariest movie I had seen up to that point.

Then at Wal-Mart one day I came across across the first three Alien films and these changed me from a horror skeptic to a horror addict. The Scare. The Thrill. After these movies I would willingly watch any horror movie instead of a comedy. I started buying every horror movie I could afford from Wal-Mart, Hastings, second hand stores, yard sales, watching horror movies on Youtube.

My best friends don't understand the addiction, but I can some times persuade them to watch some of the less frightening horror movies. I love horror movies and hope that one day I may be able to work on a horror film.
