The Night of My First Horror Movie
by Cara Lavery

I was babysitting my little cousin when I was flipping though channels and came across Stephen King's movie It (1990). I recorded it so I could watch when my cousin fell asleep. At first I thought it wouldn't be scary. Boy was I wrong. The middle was the scary part for me. I was nearly under the covers in the end of the movie, and when my aunt and uncle came home they asked me if I was alright and I said, "I'll be fine". That night I couldn't fall asleep for fear of Pennywise the evil clown.
Now I can't stop watching horror movies. I try to watch at least one per week by ordering it on NetFlix. i try to watch at least one once a week By ordering them Netflicks. I think they intuitively know exactly what I want.
