Toilet Creature Attacks and Kills Man

Looking for a movie where 2 or 3 people are in a bathroom trying to stop this creature from coming out of the toilet. There is one guy sitting on the toilet seat trying not to let the creature out. He gets his friend to run to the garage and get duct tape or something. By the time the friend gets back, the creature has gotten out of the toilet and killed this man and there's blood all over the tub and floor.
