I think Cannibal Holocaust, Wrong Turn 2 and Dr. Butcher are some of the seriously gory movies that are missing here. I think Midnight Meat Train would be more gory than some of the movies listed here.

i'm sorry but i agree with most of the people on here, expand your horizons, there's so many more disturbing pictures than what you have listed here, i accidentally watched real executions when i was 8... conventional horror, like you've listed, just doesn't register anymore...
p.s by the comments i see there are other people searching for violence, all i've seen movie wise is imprint, cannibal holocaust and ferox, anyone wanna chuck me the names of some terrible stuff at touch_my_nipples@hotmail.com

this is the single most bogus list ive seen so far- go out and see some actual blood and gore movies(braindead, bloodfeast, cannibal holocaust) then come back and make a REAL list... or i suppose you could change the name of this list to something like "top 10 most known 'fad' movies ever" watch cannibal holocaust and then hostel and try to tell yourself that hostel is gory.

that list just isnt good. some of those movies are way out of the blood and gore range, let alone horror movies. and a blood and gore movie list is NEVER complete without DeadAlive/BrainDead(depending on what country you live in the title differs) and Evil Dead

A good list of movies that any horror fan should watch but...

As far as a list of movies that are bloody and gory its weak. Not that these movies aren't really gross but there are definitely better choices out there!
