Torture Horror: Mom Has Blindfold Where Eyes Should Be, Father Has Tubes in Chest

I saw a torture film once where a mother has a blindfold with blood stains where her eyes should be and the father has some small tubes in his chest.

At some point, the father tries to protect his daughter from the 'evil torturing men' and his tubes come out and he dies.

In the end, the daughter drives a bus over some guy and then she and her mother manage to escape.

Any ideas?
