Track Star Decapitated, Not 'Graduation Day'

When I was younger I watched a movie where someone was running track and as they crossed the finish line it decapitated them.

What movie is this? I originally thought it was Graduation Day (1981), but after struggling to watch it, I did not see the scene.

Help.

I remember watching this probably 7 or 8 years ago with my big sister and until now I had no idea what it was.

I remember the girl getting a crystal off of her teacher (?) and then weird stuff starts happening when she gets annoyed at someone (the girls head flying off when she reaches the finish line, a butcher getting his hand stuck in a mincer) and then at the end she beats her boyfriend to death with a trophy?

Anyway I'll have to check out the "Killer Instinct" episode of Freddy's Nightmares, thank you so much for helping me find out the name of this!

23 years and now it makes sense

23 years of asking my mom and grandparents "what was the movie I watched when I was like 4 where the person is running on a track field and the finish line decapitates the person and the head flies in slow motion?" and them being like...? "Maybe you dreamed that". My childhood memory of the decapitation of the track runner and slow motion head IS Freddy's Nightmares, "Killer Instinct". Thank you!

Wow, I came onto this site because I vaguely recall a scene where a track student is decapitated by the finish line tape. I recall a gem that a girl looks through and envisions the incident before it happens. After some research, it seems like it probably is Freddy's Nightmares, Episode 3, 'Killer Instinct'. I'm going to try to find a torrent and see if that's what it was.
