Train Picks Up Demon Passengers in Tunnel

I would really appreciate it if the horror fans out there could help me remember the name of an 80's movie about a train that goes into a tunnel and picks up demon passengers.

In one scene, a guy is talking while holding out his right hand and suddenly the nails grow longer and he rips out the heart of the guy he's talking to. Then he looks down at the still beating heart in his hand.
