Twin Secretaries Killed and Served in Diner as the 'Special'

There's an old horror flick I've seen, but now cannot remember the name of.

A detective has identical twin secretaries that get killed one after the other. There's a diner across the street where the guys were killing them and serving them as "specials."

Anyone know what that was called? I know it's not very descriptive... I just can't remember!
