Twist Ending Where Woman is Demon in 70's Film

I caught the ending of this 70's movie years ago, but never saw it again. It had an ending which actually caught me by surprise.
A man and woman are in a house and looking for a girl (her daughter?). They get separated, but he finds them. As he hugs the woman, though, you see that she is actually the monster or demon.
