Two Black Men and Ghost Named Beauregard

I'm trying to figure out what a movie is called... I think it's a comedy and 2 black men are stuck in a house with a ghost named Beauregard.

In the end they end up crashing there car and are stuck as ghosts in the house . I thought it was Richard Pryor, but it's not.

Please help me!
