Two Ex-Cons Search for Treasure in Underground Tomb

Hello All;

I'm looking for a movie I saw one time, it was about the 2 guys that got out of jail either by escape or set free - do not remember which.

They went to the one guys girlfriend's house and then they went to the grave yard and started digging up a grave site, and they entered into an underground tomb. During the whole process they started killing each other for a treasure they were searching for.

I remember it was a really good flick. Just do not remember much more about it.
