Two Men on Horseback Slay Evil in Old Horror Film

I watched a film in about 1980 with my Dad. It was a old horror film maybe black and white, kind of like an olden-day Van Helsing film.

I remember there were two men going around on horses killing evil with swords and old weapons.

This was the first horror film I really liked because the man killed the bad things and I didn't feel scared, but I can't remember the name of the film.
