The flying pancakes movie could be James Cameron's Piranha 2 - The Spawning (or the flying killers depending where you're from) it was released in 1981. Does that fit your timeline?

I KNOW i've got one. And about 70% sure on the other. The pancakes with teeth one I'm 70% sure on. There's this movie I've been seeing on Monsters HD this month. It's an alien movie and in the previews all I see are this shot of a guy in a chair with a pancake like thing sucking on his neck. So, try Without Warning for that one. I make no promises there. The other though I'm sure of. What you described with the birthmark and the hand is a perfect synopsis of the Amicus film "And Now the Screaming Starts". It's a classic.
