Underground Dwelling Cannibal Monsters

I saw this cannibal moster movie in the 90's on the Sci Fi Channel and I'd really like to know what the title is.

In one scene a woman is on the run with her baby and holds up in a sketchy motel. A coat hanger sticking out of the wall starts to reach for the baby cradle while the woman is sleeping, but she wakes up, screams and grabs the baby.

In another scene monster cannibals are eating body parts in an underground cavern with candles all around.

Lastly, people are trapped in a church sanctuary with a giant hole in the floor covered boards. A priest is killed in his office by a cannibal monster while reciting "Though I walk through the valley..."

The monsters remind me of Baraka from Mortal Kombat.
