Underground Monsters That Reproduce Themselves

What's the film where a sick guy and his girlfriend go to an old abandoned house, and a lady tells the guy he is part monster and needs to feed on human flesh to get better?
The monsters live underground and can reproduce themselves. In the end, they come for the guy when he's with a group of people by the light house.
Any ideas?
