I think the movie is Dead Dudes in the House (a.k.a. The House on Tombstone Hill). I cannot find any video clips to verify it, but the synopses I've read sound right. It's a Troma film and can be bought in Toxie's Triple Terror, Vol. 6.

I believe Cody already asked the question about an 80's horror flick that involved an old lady and some teens. I don't remember the part Cody mentioned about them going to kill her, but I do remember her and sometimes the house itself killing them. I definitely remember one teen trying to escape out a window but got half way through and it started to chomp him, until he was in half! And one other kid suffered a slap from hell by granny, and promptly died. I remember her luring him into a room by saying "come on, your next", and of course he followed and received that slap from hell. In later scenes you clearly see he is dead, and has hand print burned into his face. Help Cody and myself out all you horror experts... I have also been fiendishly looking for the this movie! I've inquired on other blogs, but to no avail. The old lady slaps one of the kids and kills him also. I used to check the tv guide every week when I was kid to see if this movie was playing... Somebody please help us out!
