Upside Down Old Woman in Chimney With Lips Sewn Shut

I saw a movie about a group of people investigating this hotel/house and in one scene they start a fire in the fireplace and in the chimney is an upside down old with her lips sewn shut.

In another scene, a young woman in the group falls asleep and has sex a demon creature in her dream, but when she wakes up she realizes it actually happened.
