Vampire Asks Dentist To Grind Down Fangs

I saw a movie, short story, maybe even an episode from a series as a kid in the late '80s or very early '90s where in one scene in a dentist's office, someone goes in with fangs and wants them ground down, and the dentist is saying what lovely incisors they have and is resistant to do any work.

In another scene, a a vampire looking guy (very Jack Nicholson in my childish eyes) is sitting in a lawn chair and kids push garlic bulbs toward him and he takes a bite, as if to show they have no affect.

Near the end, the 'creature goes nuts in a bedroom tearing the place up, the kids end up stabbing him/her with a silver dinner fork tied/taped to a broom handle/stick which I guess kills it.

The very last scene is of one of the girls calling the one who stabbed the creature to tell them something like "the one who kills the creature, turns into the creature" and then they show the kid has fangs of his own.

I have been searching for the title for 20 or so years. Anyone have a clue what I'm taking about?
