Vampire Woman Rises in a See-Through Dress

I'm looking for the title of a particular movie. I remember watching it in the late seventies as a child.

The movie begins with some people in a graveyard then a woman rises out of her grave in a see-through dress, I think she is a vampire woman. I don't remember anything else.

I think it may be a Hammer Film because it had that feel. I just haven't been able to find the correct movie from friend suggestions. Just from watching the beginning I will know if it's the movie.
