Vampires Drive Hitchhiker Back To Church He Just Escaped From

There was a TV episode I remember watching (late 70's, early 80's) where a guy is hiding in a church in the woods to avoid being captured by vampires.

He eventually escapes, runs to a road, and hitches a ride, unbeknownst to him, back to the woods, or cemetery, where he was originally chased by the same vampires.

At the end of the show, they turned to him in the backseat, and showed him their sharpened teeth.

Freaked me out at the time, but have never been able to find out what show it was. Thank you for any help you can provide.
