Villagers Bury Short-Haired Blonde Woman Thinking She's a Witch

I remember watching a 70's movie on TV where villagers bury a peasant lady thinking she's a witch, but she isn't.

The setting is in the 1700's-1800's. The actress being buried is blond with short hair, and she looks like Shirley Jones or Florence Henderson.

The music playing as she's buried is what I remember most clearly - it sounds like the cue from Rosemary's Baby when she first sees
her baby.

Any ideas?
