Voice Behind Video Camera Surveying Woman in Room Sounds Like Vincent Price

I saw this movie as a child in the mid to late 70's and can't remember the name.

A woman in a room is being surveyed by cameras near the ceiling. We can hear the noise the camera lens makes as it zooms in and out. And the voice behind the camera sounds like Vincent Price.

Somehow the woman befriends the the surveyor, but then it backfires.
