Weird Family Butchers Travelers

What's the late 80's or 90's film about a group of teenagers that get lost or run out of gas and end up at a gas staion or hotel run by a weird family?
The daughter has a fixation with dolls, and a very annoying laugh.
The teenagers are unable to escape and one by one are butchered off as they try to run from this family of killers.
Please help!
