When Zombies Come, Should I Stay or Go?

Zombie Master,

Lets say there is a zombie mass in my city that is growing bigger by the day and now they are everywhere. I have a place far north in the country that is isolated. My question is should I stay & reinforce my home or should I make a break for it & leave the city. I know there are advantages to both.

Personally, unless you have a never ending supply of ammunition, I see no reason to stay if I can get out and go to an isolated place. The trick would be to make sure that no one follows you because it would not be isolated for very long. That may seem cold or crass on my part but when confronted with a zombie epidemic it becomes survival of the fittest. That is why my motto is and always will be...
