Where is Bad Ronald???

I can't seem to find the old made for TV movie Bad Ronald on DVD anywhere - all I've found are copies in VHS.
I heard about this movie on the radio, looked it up online and saw some really good trailers and it seems to be a really good movie, but i cant find it on DVD!!!!
Where can I find a copy of Bad Ronald on DVD and how much is it?
