I had this thought while watching a zombie movie just now. This woman was being attacked by a zombie and was bitten. She ran off into the forest while dozens of zombies were chasing her. What crossed my mind was: she was infected; therefore she was becoming one of them. Why do they continue to devour her and what is stopping the zombies from feeding on her once she has completely turned?

Zombies are not Cannibals

How can this be that Zombies are not cannibals? They eat humans, the only way that this can be explains that if zombies became a different species once they where turned. Please explain this - I can't handle short and straight answers like the last guy...
