Wife Visits Dead Husband in Tomb and Gets Locked In

I saw a movie when I was a kid in the 70's about a wife whose husband dies and she goes to visit his tomb and gets locked in.
She sees his ghost and by the morning they are both dead. Almost the whole film takes place inside the tomb.
