Woman Can Find Source of Dripping Noise, Dog Hung in Bathroom

I can't find the name of this TV horror movie based on the urban legend.

A woman moves to a new house, with her husband due to join her shortly. The house is unfamiliar but she has her pet dog for company. When she goes to bed she hears a dripping noise and gets up to investigate.

Despite not knowing of the urban legend, I was scared at this point as the atmosphere was really tense and weird, with her trying to find the source of the pervasive noise.

Eventually she gets back into bed and gives the dog under the bed a pet. She then gets up and goes into the bathroom, only to find the dog hung up and gutted. The last shot is of a pair of freaky monster eyes under the bed accompanied by a growling sound.

I had the shivers writing this! What is this film?
