Woman Chained to Ground in Church Yard

Years back in the 80s my mum and dad were watching a film about a woman possesed and chained to the grounds of what seemed to be a church. I wasn't allowed to watch it, but I saw a quick few seconds...

What I did see was the woman chained up with white foam dripping from her mouth, and it looked really scary.

Does any body remember this film? Please help!
