Woman Dies in Child Birth, Comes Back to Haunt Castle

I'm trying to find the title of a 70's film about a pregnant blonde woman is brought into a castle after an accident and dies while giving birth.

She then walks around as a ghost, but looking normal. People in the castle put her in a small room, lock the door and cover the frame with bricks. She keeps coming back anyway, to avenge her death. Sometimes they can see her disfigured, decomposing face.

In one scene, a guy sticks a needle in her eyes and she feels nothing, and there's no blood. In another scene, a guy falls for her and when they're kissing he sees that she's a dead corpse and screams. I think he has a heart attack.

Her brother lives in the castle and she kills him as well.

Any ideas?
