Woman Dips Arm in Acid in Japanese Torture

OK. I've answered many questions here, but now have one of my own. I saw a few clips of a Japanese torture horror flick a while back that have stuck in my mind like a lawn dart.

One clip I recall is a young woman being led into a room with a doctor and told to put her arms in acid or something. When she pulls them out, they are mostly just bone. Other clips include firing squads and such.

For the life of me, I can't recall the name of this film. Dig deep fellow horroristorians. I know someone has the answer. Thanks in advance.
