Woman Dressed as Girl With Mummified Baby

I'm looking for a late '80s or early '90s typical "snotty kids from the city end up lost in the woods" movie and the family they're taken in by is deranged.

Stridently religious father in overalls, demented adult male child, creepy granny, etc. But the daughter is in her '40s, dressed in frilly pink clothes, using baby talk, etc. Eventually she reveals that her "doll baby" that she's playing with is an actual baby that she had and mummified.

Oh - and someone gets the Fulci eye-ball treatment through a key-hole with grandma's knitting needle. Driving me and my husband nuts that we can't place this movie.
