Woman Ghost Sings 'Old McDonald Had a Farm'

When I was little, I remember seeing a horror movie I liked on TV and I want to see it again. The problem is that I can't remember it's name.

If I'm not wrong, the movie's about a boy living in a house with his family, and strange creepy things like weird sounds and flying stuff happen and his parents don't believe him when he tells them. The action takes place in winter.

I remember a scene where the boy goes upstairs in a bathroom and there's a woman ghost singing "Old Mac Donald Had A Farm" but it's really vague. Anyway that scene spooked me out xD.

I may be wrong but I remember the end involving some snowmobiles, and the house burning or something.

If any of you guys could help me out with the name of it, I would greatly appreciate it.
