Woman in Chair in Front of TV With Water Coming Out of Her

There's a horror film set in an old house in Australia where a woman sits in a chair with water coming out of her and the room is empty besides her the and a TV that is on.

The next scene is a family moving into the house some time later, and when they arrive at the house the people who are moving their furniture haven't started yet but say they are on their lunch break. So the husband and another guy begin moving a really heavy table up to the second floor.
