Woman Kills Coworkers and Corpses Keep Her Company

I can't remember this movie very well, but I do remember it was about some woman who obviously had some mental issues and somehow she ended up killing a coworker or two (I think accidentally). She then killed other people as well and put them all in her basement.

She saw their corpses as real people who kept her company, as if they were having a party. I think by the end she set fire to her house and ran away, giving the impression she was assuming another identity or something like that.
