Woman Lying Next To Husband in Bed Answers Phone and It's the Husband

I stumbled upon this video about a year or two ago on Myspace. It appeared to be an indie short or something. It was only about four minutes long, but the intro was somewhere along the lines of:

'Why is it all scary movies seem to start with a late night phone call?'

In the video a woman is woken up by a late night phone call while her husband is lying next to her asleep. She keeps nudging him to answer the phone. Finally after realizing he's not going to get up, she answers the phone. To her horror though, her husband is the person on the other line. He says something along the lines of 'Hey babe, sorry to wake you. I decided to go on a late night run, but I locked myself out, can you let me in?'

The woman looks over at the person she was shaking who is still turned on their side. The camera pans back as she's about to reach and turn the person around, only it doesn't look like a person. The creature is pale with beedy black eyes and rows of sharp teeth, its eyes are wide open in anticipation of her touching it. And that's where the video ends.

I can't seem to find this video. If anyone knows the video I speak of, it's name or where I could find it, you would be my hero.
