Woman Repeatedly Runs Through Garden

by Anonymous

I watched a film a long time ago about a young woman who took ownership of this mansion and had a bunch of friends who came with her.

One of the friends did not speak. There was an evil guy - not sure if he was a demon or not - that kept appearing in the film. All the friends kept 'letting her down' and there eventually was in some kind of torment in one of the rooms.

The guy that would not talk was the last to give up on her (as the evil guy somehow made it appear that she was laughing at him or that she would never date him, something like that). When he gave up on her the evil guy mentioned that he was the strongest of her friends.

At one point I remember that she kept running through a garden (or around the mansion) and the scene kept repeating over and over. Eventually she realized that she could not escape.

I believe (but not sure) that there was some kind of doll involved at the end where this evil guy was waiting for all her friends to give up on her.

Also there was some kind of relationship between her and a very old family relation.

Can someone please help?
