Woman Rises From Coffin With Eyes Bleeding

I vaguely remember a 60's era film set in an old haunted mansion, where in one scene we see a wooden coffin in the basement.

The screws slowly turn and fall from the lid. The lid slides off, and then a woman slowly sits up in the coffin, blood seeping from her eyes. She proceeds to walk around the mansion as a zombie, with her arms stretched out, I think going on a strangling spree.

Does anyone know this movie? It's not House of Usher (1960).
