Woman Slain by Blood-Covered Monster in Bathroom Stall

I saw this movie when I was very young at my grandmother's house in the late 80's or early 90's where a woman is attacked by a creature covered in red goo (possibly blood) in a small bathroom stall.

The camera focuses on the floor and their feet, and there's red goo there too. The woman is wearing red nail polish on her toes and is sliding all over.
