Woman Smiles and Shows Monster-Teeth

Here's the old horror movie I'm trying to remember the title of:

A guy is being chased by monsters. He eventually gets away with the help of a woman. As they're driving through the jungle, she turns to him smiling and has monster-teeth.

Can anyone help me remember this movie?

Sounds like...

...the last segment in the movie The Monster Club (1980) starring Vincent Price with a few minor changes. At the end of the movie, the man is running with the woman but she is killed and he manages to make it to the road where two cops drive him back to the village and turn to face him in the car, showing long, sharp teeth. Hope this helps.
