Woman Takes Revenge on Boys Who Raped Her in Small Town

I saw a "B" horror movie that was released in the late 80's about a woman from the city who takes a break from the rat race and goes to a small town.

While she is getting gas, a few of the local bad boys spot her. They rape her and leave her for dead, including one who is mentally challenged.

She gets revenge on them in some very grizzly ways.

Any ideas?
