Woman Takes Serum To Prevent Aging

I saw an 80's or 90's movie about a woman who tries to prevent the aging process. She meets a doctor who concocts a serum, but it quickly runs out and she becomes a hideous freak. To prevent this, she must kill. At one point she kills and eats the brain of the doctor who administers the chemical.
