Woman Trapped With Killer in Basement in B-Movie

I'm looking for a 2000s B-movie about a couple of guys that a kill innocent women on something like a game field in a house or basement.

One woman manages to get further than any others, and is trapped with one of the killers who appears to be helping her or at least pretends that he is also caught with her.

Any ideas?

Captivity is from 2007 though, if you know yours is 2000 then its probably a different one.

....the movie Captivity (2007) starring Elisa Cuthbert as the woman who is held captive by two brothers (one pretends to be a victim, too.)
