Woman With No Eyes Eats Man's Wife & Kids

So the other day my friend was telling about some crazy movie he saw a few years ago about a married guy who finds a woman in the woods.

She has no eyes on her face, just a mouth. The guy ends up sleeping with the woman, and then brings her home to stay with him and his family.

One day he comes home to find this woman has eaten his wife and kids. So he takes her back out into the woods to kill her when a cop shows up and kills him instead.

I have no idea when the film was made or who is in it. Any ideas?
