Women Kills With Jagged Ring to Make Youth Potion

Can anyone tell me the name of an old 60's horror film where a tribe of natives sacrifice humans to make a 'fountain of youth' potion?
The potion makes the person who drinks it stay forever young. A woman who drinks it goes back to civilization and kills in order to maintain her youth.
I seem to remember a jagged ring that she uses to kill them.
