Worms Come From Vents Into Tub With Girl

I remember a movie from when I was little, probably around early '90s where a woman is either asleep in a tub or just has her eyes closed. There's a vent in the ceiling above the tub with perfectly sized holes for these really long worms to come out.

They slowly come out of the holes eventually making it down to the tub. They start crawling in the girl's nose and ears. I think I remember her jolting awake and freaking out.
